With over twenty years of Project Management and Process Improvement experience, Wendy Romeu has successfully built her business by tailoring solutions for her clients. She founded Alluvionic in 2013 to help businesses achieve their process and system implementation goals utilizing a portfolio of best in class project management tools and proven techniques. Utilizing her comprehensive knowledge of Project Management, Wendy and her team have effectively led extensive enterprise Process Improvement, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), PMO (Project Management Office) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations. In 2015 she added engineering capabilities to her portfolio diversifying and growing the business rapidly.
Wendy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in MIS from Florida State University. She is a PMP (Project Management Professional), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Leadership Brevard graduate. She has served on several boards throughout the US including APICS, Fourth Shift ERP User’s Groups and Tourette Association of America Florida Chapter.
