The best-in-class 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set- aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as 8(a) firms.
Alluvionic, Inc., an 8(a) STARS III prime contractor, together with our subcontractor, Advanced IT Concepts, Inc. (AITC), provides IT products and services such as cybersecurity, IT project management, IT process improvement, and IT systems integration through this contract. GSA may award 8(a) STARS III task orders on a sole source basis as authorized by FAR 19.8.
