Alluvionic provides project management classroom training for both public attendance and for private dedicated classes at our clients’ facilities. We offer both in-person and virtual training that facilitates the highest level of engagement. Our PM courses are based on the model of project management defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® and documented in the text “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)®, sixth edition”.
All our instructors hold Project Management Professional (PMP)® credentials and have extensive project management experience. We currently offer three courses, all of which provide Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits for registered PMI® members seeking to earn or maintain their PMI® credentials.
All PMI® process groups are covered in-depth, additional hands-on exercises for each student’s project are used, and examination preparation includes taking a full PMP® examination. This course is intended for experienced project managers who plan to sit for the PMP® examination soon after the completion of the course. Access to our online practice test platform for 90 days is included and can be extended if necessary. A class workbook, PMBoK® textbook, and USB drive with tools and exercises are provided. (35 PDUs)
It’s simple. A project that gets off on the right foot is likely to take a successful journey. So why do so many projects fail? Use this checklist to assure your project success.
