The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) is a process and behavioral model that helps organizations create a structure for encouraging productive, efficient behavior. It is designed to help improve performance by providing businesses with the blueprint and methodology for sustained continuous improvement. The DoD and U.S. Government helped develop the CMMI®, which is a common requirement for DoD and U.S. Government development and service contracts.

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma is a method combining the principles of Lean with those of Six Sigma and is a method for improving performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation.

ISO

ISO 9001 is an international standard specifying requirements for an organization’s quality management system (QMS). Organizations structure their businesses using the standard to ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Alluvionic® starts with a gap analysis to evaluate an organization’s quality system procedures, documentation, and overall key processes against the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and other best practices. A baseline is established, and an analysis of the data is performed to determine the actions necessary to remediate any gaps found. A project plan is developed including timeline expectations, communication approach, risk management approach, and action items register. Once the plan is set, the Alluvionic® team works to implement the system and can help organizations through their certification.
