Wendy Romeu to Speak at ELE LIVE Healthcare Leadership Conference

Their panel session: “Healthcare IDN – the Future of Integration Science” will take place on Friday, July 21. It will examine the parallels of the defense industry and its use of standardization of processes of contracting and labor as compared with the similarities of healthcare organizations. This dynamic change in thinking will help identify best practices in process and program management, along with the goal to become more effective and efficient than current prevailing models. The session will explore why this approach is right for HealthFirst, their forward-thinking vision of the future and examine the digital aspect of implementation across the organization.
