When Cherise White, Alluvionic®’s Talent and Culture Specialist, was looking for a change, she sought out a small company with friendly and respectful employees that were doing purposeful work. “Alluvionic checked all those boxes and even exceeded my expectations,” she said.
In her role, Cherise leads recruiting efforts, employee engagement, and compliance processes for Alluvionic. She plans to use a continuous improvement mindset to create a best-in-class employee experience.
“I want to design people processes that hyperfocus on taking care of our customers and one another,” she said. “Accomplishing that allows me to position Alluvionic for exponential growth.”
Before joining Alluvionic, Cherise held various HR and operations positions at eviCore healthcare, where she improved employee processes and project management tools, “applying an analytic mindset and positive attitude.”
At Alluvionic, she plans to use that experience as well as a myriad of other certifications to help her achieve success. Those include: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Predictive Index Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, and Smartsheet Product Certified User.
Cherise earned her Bachelor of Arts in communications, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida. She enjoys a variety of activities – from Zumba to hiking to volunteering at her church – and is always willing to try a new restaurant or attend a wine tasting. She is also a big fan of Golden Girls.
But, as you can see in her picture, all those fun activities are probably a runner-up to her favorite activity, snuggling with her dog, Gordo.
