Lori Spencer, a project manager that has been a part of the Alluvionic team for 16 months, graduated with a BS in mechanical engineering from U.C. San Diego, and is PMP® and PMI-ACP® certified. Her main responsibility is to provide project management and process improvement consulting, primarily for CMMI® implementations. Lori supported Health First in defining and deploying processes to the organization, as well as successfully project-managed the effort to attain CMMI® Maturity Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015 appraisals for Advanced IT Concepts (AITC). Currently she is the project manager for CostPoint implementation for DRS Naval Electronics.
Lori started her career at Panasonic Aero as a software developer, creating in-flight entertainment systems, before branching into integration testing and project management, where she was fortunate to travel to exotic places, such as France and Singapore. In the years that followed, she performed roles as a developer and project manager, finding her niche in PMO and process improvement. Lori has worked with government, commercial, and private companies ranging in size from 10 employees to more than 10,000, and her experience includes working with IT, airline, healthcare, law enforcement, real estate, and legal marketspaces.

In her spare time, Lori loves to do anything outdoors: snowboarding, hiking, camping, and riding her motorcycle. She loves spending time with her two dogs by taking them on daily walks at a local park. Lori also enjoys making handmade greeting cards.
