Alluvionic is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Patel to Vice President of People & Operations, recognizing her exceptional leadership, commitment to the organization, and tremendous growth since joining the company five years ago.
After building a successful career in real estate while raising her young children, Patel was ready to enter the corporate world while still balancing time with family. She joined Alluvionic as a part-time recruiter, drawn to the flexibility of the role and a company culture where Family is the first core value. What started as a flexible, part-time position quickly evolved into a career marked by continuous advancement, expanded responsibilities, and a growing impact across the organization.
Over the last five years, Patel has earned promotions nearly every year as she consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for supporting both people and organizational growth. As Alluvionic expanded, so did her role. Today, she oversees critical functions across human resources, operations, administration, security, facilities, and quality, leading teams and initiatives that help drive the company’s continued success.
“Megan’s story is a reflection of what’s possible when talent, dedication, and opportunity come together,” said Wendy Romeu, Founder and CEO of Alluvionic. “She has built trusted relationships across the organization, strengthened our culture, improved our operations, and helped create the foundation that supports our growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping who we are today, and I am excited to see the impact she will continue to make as Vice President of People & Operations.”
Throughout her tenure, Patel has played a key role in enhancing the employee experience, developing scalable business processes, strengthening organizational systems, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Her ability to lead across multiple disciplines while maintaining a people-first approach has made her an invaluable member of the leadership team.
Beyond her contributions to Alluvionic, Patel is actively involved in the community and has been recognized for her leadership and professional achievements. She was named a finalist for LEAD Brevard’s prestigious 4 Under 40 Award and was also recognized as a recipient of the Space Coast Business Under 40 Award, honoring young professionals who are making meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities.
In her new role, Patel will continue leading efforts that strengthen Alluvionic’s people, processes, and operational excellence while supporting the company’s long-term strategic vision.
Patel’s promotion reflects Alluvionic’s commitment to developing talent, recognizing excellence, and creating opportunities for employees to grow their careers while making a lasting impact.
