Former Lockheed Martin Engineer Joins Alluvionic

Just as the ocean forms new land by the deposit of sand through its changing waves in a process called “Alluvion,” Alluvionic is making new changes in the company with the recent recruitment of top talent, Nick Eskew, its director of programs.

Eskew joins the team with the primary focus to foster relationships with customers and develop new strategic relationships aimed at growing the business. Additionally, he will support project management, engineering, and process improvement initiatives.

“I was attracted by the opportunity to join a growing team of professionals focused on making a positive impact in our industry. I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to help manage and grow the business under the leadership of our CEO, Wendy Romeu and the executive team,” says Eskew.

Prior to Joining Alluvionic, Eskew spent the last eight years working for Lockheed Martin in various positions with the most recent being Senior Project Engineer.  In that role, he led a team of engineers in completing complex projects involving product design and manufacturing. Eskew also worked at United Space Alliance for three years, supporting the nation’s Space Shuttle Program.

Eskew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and is currently completing his MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.  He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, CAM (Coast Account Manager) and IPC Specialist.

In his spare time, Eskew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children engaging in outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and diving.

Eskew looks forward to helping the team achieve both its short-term and long-term goals, while leveraging his skills and experience to strengthen the business and increase Alluvionic’s value to customers.
