Sadie Anthis is Alluvionic’s full-time Human Resource Administrator. She leads the team in the recruiting and onboarding efforts for all new hires. Anthis is also involved in managing all employee benefits, performance management, and professional development.
Before she joined the team at Alluvionic, she was a student at Texas A&M University. While there she worked at the Admissions Office as a Customer Service Representative, assisting prospective students through the application process into Texas A&M.
Anthis was attracted to Alluvionic because of the company’s welcoming atmosphere and tight-knit team. She knew this was unique to Alluvionic and would be the ideal place to begin her career in Human Resources.
“It’s exciting to have a small part in moving this company forward alongside my coworkers who always work with integrity and incredible professionalism. Not only am I learning about my position and place in the company, but here I have the opportunity to grow as a business professional,” says Anthis.
She adds that Alluvionic is a company that upholds their values and maintains those values through and through. The people treat each other like family and consistently work with integrity and the highest level of professionalism. It is because of these factors that Anthis believes Alluvionic is distinguished among competitors within the industry.
Anthis has been employed with Alluvionic for a year and a half. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
“Sadie represents everything Alluvionic stands for in our values and mission. She is a core member of our leadership team and has grown tremendously this year. She will continue to grow with Alluvionic and help us stay true to our values,” says Wendy Romeu, Alluvionic President & CEO.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, Austin and in her spare time enjoys going to the beach to surf, reading novels, and is actively involved with her local church.
