Alluvionic Groundbreaking on New Headquarters in Melbourne

Melbourne, Fla. (September 29, 2021) – At a groundbreaking ceremony this morning, Alluvionic, Inc. announced the development of the company’s new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters at 3839 N. US Hwy 1 in Melbourne, Florida. This announcement comes on the heels of the company’s rapid growth and increased capabilities through its mission of Project Assurance®.

Since its launch in 2013, Alluvionic, a certified 8(a) and woman-owned small business, has increased from a sole-proprietor organization to a workforce of over 40 employees with locations in Melbourne Florida and Washington D.C. In addition, Alluvionic capabilities have expanded from a focus on project management and process improvement to product development, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance consulting (GRC), and training services.

To meet this growth, Alluvionic executives met with Christopher Burton Luxury Homes to customize the design of this new 5,000 square-foot headquarters which will include up to 15 working areas, a leading-edge engineering lab, a large breakroom, and a hub for collaboration to be used for both training and conference meetings. Construction of the new headquarters is scheduled to be complete by December 2022.

“One of Alluvionic’s core values is “forward progress” which means we continuously strive to evolve while moving our clients, the company, and our employees forward,” said Alluvionic founder, President and CEO Wendy Romeu. “Our employees are our most valuable assets, and we are thrilled to provide more room for our growing team to come together and collaborate, all while exhibiting this core value of forward progress.”

“After a year of hardship for citizens and businesses alike, this celebration of Alluvionic’s expansion and investment in our community is refreshing,” said Curt Smith, Brevard County Commissioner, District 4 “Congratulations to Alluvionic and thank you for continuing to grow in Brevard!”

“Congratulations to the Alluvionic team for achieving this important milestone on Florida’s Space Coast,” said Lynda Weatherman, president and CEO, Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast. “This sort of hometown B2B success story, growing in tandem with larger employers by helping them improve operations, is the sign of a healthy, diversifying local economy and something we really like to see in economic development.”

“Alluvionic is a shining example in our community of the power and resilience of the entrepreneurial spirit,” said Darlene Montano, Director of Communications of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce. “This new state of the art facility will not only be of benefit to Alluvionic’s team and clients but continues to reinforce the economic vitality of our business community as we grow.”

“We at the Melbourne Regional Chamber are thrilled that our partners at Alluvionic are experiencing such tremendous growth and success here on the Space Coast, as marked by the groundbreaking of their new headquarters,” said Michael Ayers, president/CEO of the Melbourne Regional Chamber. “Wendy and her team have provided vital support services to so many other local businesses across a variety of industries, and their growth is truly an example of how becoming active in the community, making connections and working together can create a positive ripple effect for so many. It is a fantastic blueprint for other companies to follow.”
