Alluvionic recently performed a CMMI gap analysis against the new V2.0 model with ITI Engineering in Winter Springs, FL.
Their policies, processes, and procedures were reviewed and projects analyzed to determine how well the processes were ingrained. They then received a comprehensive scorecard showing how they stacked up against each CMMI Practice Area and its requirements.
Happy to report, ITI scored very well, demonstrating maturity in their development and management of projects. This could partially be attributed to their strong ISO foundation.
