Alluvionic is proud to announce that wehave signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Defense (DoD) to become a national employer partner for the DoD SkillBridge Program. The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for military service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects service members with industry partners like Alluvionic to earn real-world job experiences.
Throughout the service member’s career the Department of Defense invests tens of thousands of dollars in training for its service members. This formal training is additionally supplemented by extensive on-the-job training and years of accumulated hands on experience. Through the SkillBridge program, Alluvionic will tap into the expertise of transitioning service members by sponsoring internship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities through the SkillBridge program. Alluvionic is the 84th employer partner to establish a MOU with the DoD since the program started in 2015.
