Recognizing that the true value of growth in a company is its talent, Alluvionic has invested in recruiting additional team members to augment its talent pool. It is an exciting time in the history of the company to add additional team members and move forward on a high trajectory of unprecedented growth.
Alpha Hoeffel joined the company in February 2018, hailing from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Workplace Training and Development. As a project coordinator, her primary responsibilities include working with Alluvionic team members to plan the execution of both internal and external projects. Internally, Hoeffel helps plan and organize Alluvionic projects that align with the company’s strategy as well as meet annual goals. She also works externally with Alluvionic clients in assisting the implementation of ERP programs.
With her new position, Hoeffel hopes to continue her training in the project management industry as well as become more familiar with ERP implementation. Her five-year goal includes completing the hours and training necessary to prepare for and receive her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Nelano East is Alluvionic’s newest mechanical engineer. In his role, he will take over concept design and generation from other engineers and implement changes and final details before the project completion.
East is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. In his spare time, East enjoys tutoring children, family and friends in all aspects of math.
East was also attracted to Alluvionic because of its corporate values and the family atmosphere that was presented as a primary goal in all projects that they undertake. He commented that “the employees’ support of the company under the leadership of Wendy Romeu made it impossible to pass up the opportunity.” He looks forward to learning and developing the best practice techniques that Alluvionic is known for and also being empowered to make a difference.
