Tip of the Week: Scope Management: Requests for new criteria must be dealt with quickly. Evaluate the impact and get appropriate approval. If you decide to add the scope, document impact, communicate the new scope and possibly rebaseline your plans. Many times the scope will not be added if the stakeholders understand the impact of the overall project.
