Alluvionic lands in Seminole 100 for second consecutive year

Melbourne, Fla. (Month DD, 2023) – Alluvionic, Inc., a project management, process improvement, cybersecurity and product development services firm headquartered in Melbourne, FL, was recognized for organizational excellence and achievement on Florida State University’s (FSU) 2023 Seminole 100. This prestigious list recognizes the 100 fastest-growing FSU alumni-owned or alumni-led businesses.

This is the second consecutive year Alluvionic has landed on the Seminole 100. “As an alum of FSU, it is an extreme honor that Alluvionic was once again recognized in the Seminole 100,” said Alluvionic founder, President and CEO Wendy Romeu. “We believe that our core value of forward progress is imperative for growth and excellence and I’m proud of how far we have come together as a team in order to join this prestigious list.”

Honorees will be recognized at the Seminole 100 Celebration on February 25 at the FSU Student Union Ballroom by The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, part of the FSU College of Business. This annual event honors FSU’s entrepreneurs, allowing them to share valuable business insights with each other, while recognizing entrepreneurial achievement.

Romeu founded Alluvionic in 2013 to help businesses achieve their process and system implementation goals, implementing a portfolio of best in class project management tools and proven techniques. Applying her comprehensive knowledge of Project Management, Romeu and her team have effectively led extensive enterprise Process Improvement, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), PMO (Project Management Office) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations for a wide range of clients in various industries. In 2015, the organization added engineering capabilities diversifying and rapidly accelerating the business, followed by the addition of cybersecurity capabilities in 2020.

Last year, Alluvionic broke ground on a new headquarters. Construction of the new headquarters is scheduled to be complete this summer, marking a new milestone in growth for the company. In addition, Alluvionic expanded its staff by twenty people in 2022-2023 and received the Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the Secretary of Labor honoring their commitment to recruit, employ, and retain our nation’s veterans.
