During a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 4, Alluvionic, Inc. marked its next growth milestone with the transition to its new 5,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters located at 3839 North Harbor City Blvd. in Melbourne, Florida.
The ongoing successful journey of Alluvionic, Inc., a firm specializing in project management, process improvement, product development, cybersecurity, and training services, serves as a testament to its founding principles: doing the right things for the right reasons and making a positive impact on the lives of employees, clients, and the community.
Alluvionic’s journey began in 2013 when President and CEO Wendy Romeu established the company as a sole-proprietor woman-owned firm focused on project management and process improvement. Ten years later, Alluvionic’s workforce has grown to include over 50 employees, with locations in Melbourne, Florida, and Washington, D.C. Moreover, the company’s capabilities have expanded to encompass product development, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance consulting (GRC), and training services.

Romeu has served on several boards including Junior Achievement of the Space Coast, LEAD Brevard, WeVENTURE and has supported vital organizations like AMI kids, Habitat for Humanity, National Veterans Homeless Support, Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard, and the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, just to name a few. Romeu also encourages staff to give back through serving on various boards throughout the community, as well as supporting staff through charitable endeavors.

Alluvionic’s new headquarters, designed with Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, includes 15 working areas, a leading-edge engineering lab, a large breakroom, and a hub for collaboration to be used for both training and conference meetings. This state-of-the-art facility will serve for the company’s next era of growth.
