Tip of the Week: Communication: When presenting schedules, know your audience. Not all audiences are the same. Ask yourself should a high level schedule be presented, or detailed IMS, or something in between. Setting up templates to quickly present the appropriate level of detail directly from the schedule will save time and instill confidence that the data being presented is accurate and not manipulated. Using tools like Milestone Pro or the timeline view in MS Project can be utilized to help expedite this process.
