Tip of the Week 07/11/2016: Microsoft Project

Tip of the Week: In Microsoft Project, the % Complete field really means % task duration complete.  You can expose the % Work Complete field for your project, and update the remaining hours of work and let Project adjust the duration.  This is a key distinction, and Project schedulers and reviewers should ensure they understand the difference.
