Taught by a PMI® ATP, Alluvionic’s five day PMI-PMP® Exam Prep course covers project management principles and best practices, as well as exam preparation strategies and techniques, to provide the skills and knowledge to successfully pass the PMP® certification exam. Students will acquire a toolbox of project management forms, methods, and analyses and apply it to a personal project through multiple exercises during the course, which all will aid in gaining an understanding of the PMI® Project Management Model including all knowledge areas, process groups, and individual processes. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to professionally manage projects of low-to-moderate complexity using proven tools and methods consistent with the PMI® global standard for project and be ready to pass their PMP® or CAPM® examinations.
When you register for one of Alluvionic’s training courses, you will be eligible to take the PMP® practice tests for free for 90 days.

This two day training course is designed for new project managers or those wishing to refresh their project management skills. Based upon PMI®’s PMBOK®, Alluvionic’s Project Management Fundamentals is broken into six topics of Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Change Management, and Team Management. Taught by a PMI® ATP through a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to apply project management techniques to effectively meet project goals and gain the knowledge and skills to successfully manage projects in their professional roles.

Alluvionic’s three-day PMI-RMP® Exam Prep course helps prepare the experienced project manager for the PMI® Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) certification exam. Taught by a PMI® ATP Instructor, this course covers risk management principles and best practices, as well as exam preparation strategies and techniques. Earn 23 PDUs while gaining the skills and knowledge to successfully pass the PMI-RMP® certification exam through a deep-dive into the seven risk management processes within the PMI® framework.

Alluvionic’s two day course, Risk Management Fundamentals, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and best practices to gain the knowledge to effectively manage risks in their professional careers. The course, based on the PMI® Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs, and Projects, and PMBOK® covers topics such as Risk Identification, Analysis, Response Planning, and Monitoring and Control. A PMI® ATP will instruct you on seven risk management processes, Plan Risk Management, Identify Risks, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses, Implement Risk Responses, and Monitor Risks.

Alluvionic’s two day Project Change Management course is designed to teach students the fundamentals of change management on projects following the PMI® global standard. This four-day training course is for students seeking to earn their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. The course is based upon A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep study guide. The course is organized into five lessons on Creating a High-Performing Team, Starting the Project, Doing the Work, Keeping the Team on Track, and Keeping the Business in Mind. In-class exercises are used to reinforce learning, and an online practice test platform is used to simulate sitting for the PMP® certification exam. Students who successfully complete the course earn 35 PDUs.

This two-day training course is for experienced project managers who are seeking to enhance their power skills. The course is based upon a variety of academic sources and is consistent with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). It is organized into the following nine topics: leadership, motivation, organizational change management, communication skills, power and influence, negotiation and conflict resolution, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. In-class exercises are used to reinforce learning. Participants who successfully complete the course earn 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
